"Decent pick-up-and-play FPS experience"

This is quite an intense experience; because of the way the game is set up where you are always facing in one direction (and thus a cramped environment) there is constant action and none of the running around trying to locate the enemy, which can be a drag in some FPS games. Having random pickups make for a new game experience each time too, especially the increased jumping which turns the game into an episode of Dragonball Z. Controls are simple and responsive which makes it easy to get into.

Some of the weapons are far more useful than others though (the rocket is slow and has recoil, making it utterly useless) and the environments while technically impressive could do with a bit more sprucing up with details.

All in all, quite a fun game. I didn't get a chance to try the multiplayer though so the jury is out on that.

Very nice engine - reminds me of Rad Mobile, Chase HQ and Outrun; good times! :-) Very nice, minimal game where it's just you versus the track, as all good racing games should be. One thing I will say is that it's bloody difficult but that's probably just me - I'll keep practicing. Good job sir, and I look forward to seeing where you take the engine next!
