Megadev's News

Hello Megadev fans!

Yes, it's Friday! And what better to do on a Friday than play our braaaand new game? Yessir, it's called House of Dead Ninjas, and is published by Adult Swim. It's a randomly generated action plaformer, has super-duper retro visuals and a near 6-minute behemoth of an ingame tune! Click the link, why don't you:

http://games.adultswim.com/house-of-de ad-ninjas-action-online-game.html

We're hoping to bring it to Newgrounds in the near future complete with medals, but until then feel free to practice as much as you like! Thanks for reading, and we hope you enjoy the game.

Cheers,

Megadev.

Hey Newgrounders,

Well it's been nearly three years since the first Bomboozle was released, and with over 50 million plays we thought it would be rude not to make a flash new sequel with extra stuff in it. Money had nothing to do with our decision of course. ;) So, without further ado, here is the game:

As ever, any feedback would be greatfully appreciated (especially very nice feedback), and please spread the word! Thanks for playing and for your continued support!

Cheers,

Bomboozle 2 is finally here!

It's been many months in development, but our third installment in the popular Knightfall series has finally been released! The game was always intended to appear on the iPhone, but it was only with Namco's intervention that it became a possibility. The PC downloadable version stays true to its Flash routes being written purely in AS3, and there is also a Flash demo of the first island available. Anyway, I won't bore you any further, but if you'd like to check out the demo and give us some feedback, then here's the link:

Knightfall 3: Death and Taxes

Hello Megadev fans (yes that's you lot),

Just thought we'd let you all know that our latest game is finally complete and playable on Newgrounds! It's actually the first game we started work on as a trio well over a year ago now, but budgets and time constraints meant that we've only just got round to finishing it recently. Anyway, as the title suggests it's a game about a sloth who flies around in his balloon bombing the flip out of the enemies that have invaded his homeland, Bombolia - it'll all make sense once you start playing! Click the link below if you fancy a go:

Thanks for reading and we hope you enjoy the game!

Nice one,

Hey gang,

Just thought we'd let you all know that we've finally submitted Knightfall 2 to NewGrounds after fixing a few bugs, tweaking the gameplay, and implementing the NG medal system. I'm not sure if the medals will be unlockable right away, but the code's in there at least. Anyway, enough banter - you can play the game right here:

Hope you and enjoy it and please feel free to leave us some feedback! :-)

Howdy,

This is Mike from Megadev here - you became a fan of ours so I thought I'd let you know that we have just released a new game by the name of "Time4Cat"! I won't ramble on about it, rather, if you want to take a look then you can find the game here:

Alright Newgrounders,

It's a little tricky not to seem like a cheap huckster when you post with news like this, but we hope it offends no-one's sensibilities :)

Right then! We're chuffed to let all you folks know that an iPhone version of our very first title, Bomboozle, is now up on the iTunes app store. We've put together a new site for it, which you can see here:

Bomboozle.com

And if you feel so inclined, here is the iTunes link...

Bomboozle iPhone in App Store-o-vision!.

Us three fools have been lucky to have a decent run with Bomboozle Flash, and luckier still to win the daily 3rd place on Newgrounds, so we thought it logical to give the lovely shiny iPhone platform a go. After enlisting the help of another talented coding refugee, and a packed three months later, we have it...

Cheers!

Hello people,

Just thought I'd let you all know that we've now finished our second title, Guitar Geek, and it's now up on NewGrounds. As you may have guessed from the title, it's a rhythm action game in the vein of Guitar Hero and Rock Band, although we've tried to stamp our own personality on the genre. Anyway, you can check out the game here:

Guitar Geek

We've also put together a trailer if you fancy taking a look at that:

Cheers for reading, hope you enjoy the game! :-)
